Can Jac Jones Construction manage a project from design through to completion?

Yes — design and build is a core part of how we work. We can introduce trusted architects, structural engineers, planning consultants, SAP assessors and drainage specialists, then manage the project through planning, engineering and construction to handover. If you already have a design team, we work alongside them.

Can you undertake the groundworks as well as the house build?

Groundworks are delivered in-house on our own plant — excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, retaining structures, drainage and external works. On constrained or sloping sites around Rhoose this is often the difference between a smooth build and an expensive one.
