What we deliver

Main-contract delivery of bespoke homes and swimming pools, and groundworks and civils delivered in-house on our own plant — as a standalone package or beneath our own builds. We work with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and developers across South Wales, and consider exceptional projects further afield.

• Groundworks & excavation — Site preparation, reduced digs, excavation, foundations and construction-stage plant operations.
• Foundations & substructures — Strip, pad and engineered foundation solutions constructed to the issued design.
• Drainage, SAB & SuDS — Foul and surface-water drainage, attenuation, ponds and flow-control infrastructure to approved designs.
• Reinforced concrete — Reinforcement, concrete slabs, structural bases and associated RC works.
• Retaining & level changes — Retaining structures and complex external level management on constrained or sloping sites.
• Structural coordination — Steelwork, joists, timber frame, roof structure and the interfaces between specialist packages.
• Swimming pool structures — Excavation, structural pool construction, waterproofing interfaces, finishes and surrounding construction.
• Complete bespoke homes — Main-contract delivery from the groundworks through envelope, internals, specialist trades and external works.

Tender to handover

1. 01 Tender received — Drawings, specification, schedules, BOQ where applicable and tender instructions received.
2. 02 Review & clarification — Scope, information gaps, programme, access and key interfaces reviewed.
3. 03 Tender return — Structured price or proposal returned in the format agreed for the project.
4. 04 Pre-start coordination — Construction information, programme, procurement and site requirements aligned before mobilisation.
5. 05 Construction — Site delivery with direct management, coordination of trades and communication with the professional team.
6. 06 Reporting & decisions — Queries and decisions raised through an agreed, traceable route.
7. 07 Completion & handover — Snagging, completion information and handover coordinated with the client and professional team.

Recent technical evidence

• Lisvane, Cardiff — A substantial bespoke new build on a constrained site, with significant groundworks and retaining requirements before any superstructure could start. The substructure was completed to the issued design and the home was delivered as a single coordinated contract from ground to finish.
• Tŷ Rhosyn — An approximately 460 m² bespoke home incorporating complex groundworks and an integral indoor swimming pool and spa wing. A completed home with the pool and spa built as an integral part of the house — our strongest ground-to-finish record.
• Groundworks & civils — Reinforced concrete, retaining and drainage works delivered as a groundworks package beneath and around construction by others. The package was completed to the engineer's design and handed over ready for the following trades.
