Caerphilly county is home. Jac Jones Construction was established here in 2013 and is still based in Blackwood, and much of the work that built our reputation — new homes, our own developments and the groundworks beneath them — is within a few miles of the office.
Valley sites bring their own demands: sloping plots, retaining structures and drainage that has to be designed properly. Because our groundworks team and plant are in-house, we take those conditions in our stride rather than pricing them as problems.
