Newport sits minutes from our Blackwood base, and its mix of city plots, village edges and larger sites along the M4 corridor makes it natural working territory for us. The ground varies enormously — from made ground near the river to sloping plots above the Usk valley — which is exactly where in-house groundworks capability pays for itself.
